The most recent Congregational Forum was held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10. The following are the minutes from that meeting:
CONGREGATIONAL FORUM
MINUTES
6-10-08
Steve Eargle did the opening devotion.
The minutes from the last forum were read and approved as presented.
Chuck Wendt presented the 2009 Financial Plan discussion was held. Steve Eargle accepted a motion and second to accept the budget as presented. Congregation approved.
Jerry Cox went through the list of nominees for office and elder, motion made and seconded to approve as presented. Congregation approved.
Chuck Wendt did a mini presentation of the status of our new buildings, compelled, and build life.
Pastor Messmann thanked all that have served and spent some time thanking Steve.
Pastor Messmann concluded with prayer.
